Today, we moved ahead with setting up the staircase marking at the site based on the drawings I prepared earlier. The process went smoothly, and the markings were completed as planned.

However, the contractor raised an issue regarding the elevation design. They pointed out that certain portions of the elevation were not feasible to construct on-site. While this is a common scenario in construction, I had already advised the contractor to carefully study the elevation design approved by the owner beforehand. This would have allowed us to address any concerns or make necessary changes early in the process.

This situation reinforced the importance of proper communication and pre-planning between all parties involved in a project. Ensuring the contractor thoroughly reviews designs before beginning construction can save time and prevent avoidable delays.
